Dr. Lydia Hill-Grant is the Founder and CEO of V.O.I.C.E. Consulting, LLC. With a professional background spanning industrial-organizational psychology, public health, organizational development, nonprofit leadership, and counseling, she brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to organizational growth and leadership development.
