Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing V.O.I.C.E. Consulting, LLC. We are committed to providing high-quality educational resources, digital products, and professional development opportunities. Because our digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

 

Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

• Downloadable templates

• Toolkits

• Worksheets

• Checklists

• E-books

• Guides

• Resource bundles

• Assessment tools

• Digital workbooks

 

Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all digital product sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded or access has been provided, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

 

Online Courses

 

Refund eligibility for online courses will be stated on the individual course registration page.

 

Unless otherwise specified:

• Self-paced online courses are non-refundable once access to the course has been granted.

• If a course includes scheduled live sessions, any applicable cancellation or refund deadlines will be communicated during registration.

 

Memberships

 

Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.

Cancellation does not entitle members to a refund for the current billing period or for previously paid membership fees. Members will continue to have access to membership benefits through the end of the current subscription period, unless otherwise stated.

 

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased digital product or online course due to a technical issue, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to restore access or provide an alternative method of delivery.

Technical support requests do not constitute grounds for a refund but will be addressed promptly to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Duplicate Purchases

​

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within seven (7) days of your purchase. After verification, we will either:

• Refund the duplicate purchase, or

• Apply the duplicate payment as a credit toward another eligible V.O.I.C.E. Consulting product or service.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refund requests outside of this policy are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of V.O.I.C.E. Consulting, LLC. Approval of one request does not establish a precedent for future requests.
