Dr. Lydia Hill-Grant is an Organizational Development Specialist, nonprofit founder, and leadership coach dedicated to advancing equity, innovation, and community well-being. With more than two decades of experience in public health and workforce development, she bridges academia, government, and grassroots initiatives to build sustainable systems of change. As the CEO of V.O.I.C.E. Consulting, LLC and Founding Executive Director of From Me 2 U, Inc., she creates pathways for youth, families, and aspiring professionals to thrive through education, coaching, and evidence-based programs.


Beyond her professional and community leadership, Dr. Hill-Grant is the proud Pawmommager of The Pawsh Life, LLC, a luxury pet lifestyle brand featuring toy poodles, influencer content, and curated experiences that celebrate the joy of canine companionship.


Dr. Hill-Grant holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Adler University and has presented nationally on organizational justice, leadership, and collective impact in public health.
